Richard Whistance - Head of projects and charity development

Richard is a long time environmentalist, activist and musician with the folk band 'Seize the Day'. He co-founded the c-change trust with Jonathan in order to support the global move towards sustainable development. He is passionate that we have to inform young people as soon as possible as to how to make climate positive choices.

Richard supports any concept that could support business to fund the transition to a low carbon economy. He has taken a 'gold pledge' and committed not to fly unless absolutely necessary.

Jonathan Ekin - Chief executive

Jonathan is an ex-television cameraman, passionate about climate change and the future of this planet!

His research into the carbon offset market found the inevitable link between ‘green washing’ and large profits, and therefore an opportunity to find an ethical alternative. It is his belief that real change will only come about through education. Hence a vision, whereby businesses acknowledge their own impact on the environment, and through donation and action support a variety of climate change projects - right here in the U.K
